Description
A jury found appellant, Keith Robert Turner, guilty of aggravated sexual assault and assessed punishment at ninety years' confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 22.021 (Vernon 2003). In four issues, appellant argues (1) the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress because appellant's videotaped statements were the product of an unlawful arrest, (2) the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress because appellant did not waive his Miranda rights before making the videotaped statements, (3) the trial court erred in admitting the expert testimony of a police officer regarding blood spatter, and (4) the trial court erred in admitting evidence which was not properly identified. We affirm.
