State prisoner Harvey Wayne Turner applied for a writ of habeas corpus, 28 U.S.C. Â§ 2254, in the Northern District of Texas. He argued that there was insufficient evidence to support his state conviction for murder. The district court denied his application for habeas corpus. We find it necessary to reverse and grant the writ.
